Two suggested Alerts related to Conversion Balances:
  1. Conversion balance has not been saved - often we inherit files where conversion balances are never entered, or they are entered and are not saved - this can have a significant impact on data quality moving forward.
  2. Journals posted on or prior to date of conversion - this means that the data will not be correct - conversion is not correct and somebody has tried to correct using a journal, which has no impact
