Allow reports to be favourited so they appear at the top of the Reports page

What’s the problem?
It’s hard to quickly find the reports that matter most. The Reports screen shows everything in the same list, so frequently used reports often get pushed down and are easy to miss.
What would help
Let users mark reports as favourites. Favourited reports would appear at the top of the Reports screen, making them easy to access every time.
Why this would be useful
- Saves time when jumping into reports used regularly
- Reduces frustration from scrolling or searching
- Helps ensure important reports don’t get overlooked
This would make reporting faster and more intuitive, especially for users who rely on the same reports day to day.
