  • Non-workday scheduling feature that prevents work from being set to start or be due on a non-workday. The feature settings allow you set which days are non-workdays, and to select whether it should push task dates to either the next or previous workday. More info here

  • Upgraded monthly schedules with the ability to select which month(s) the schedule recurs on
  • Updated the future recurring months option on schedules to now be the future recurring weeks, to allow for more flexibility
  • Added the ability to name schedules
  • Added the ability to "clone" a schedule, so that if you do need to recreate a schedule, you can now simply just clone the schedule and adjust it as needed
  • Updated the timer control 'recently viewed' dropdown with functionality to be able to search any tasks/XBerts by the client or title

XBert v3.0 Release

XBert v3.0 is finally here! This major product update introduces these significant new features, improvements, and fixes:
  • Complete navigation and UI overhaul for an enhanced user experience
  • New "Capacity" user settings screen
  • A brand new community area with a ton of new chat-based prompts for interactive data queries and actions (e.g., export to PDF)
  • A new integration with FreeAgent so that you can now signup FreeAgent clients
  • A count of completed/non-completed subtasks have been added to the work list
  • Enhanced the Work List with new dynamic filters and new Financial Quarter/Year filters
  • The default Work List filter has been set to Dynamic -> This Month
  • New XPM integration setting: create timesheets using start/end times
