When a comment is made this triggers an email to be sent to the recipient notifying them.

We need client notification emails to be sent automatically when certain tasks are created. It is too cumbersome needing to manually assign a task to a client in order to generate the email notification.

I want to be able to specify how often a client is notified of uncompleted tasks assigned to them. For example, if I have a task requesting their bank statements I want them to be reminded automatically that the task is waiting for them. For some clients this might be once per week, for others it could be once every 3 days, until they complete the task.

It would be good to be able to add a subtask to a task that has been created from a template. This would be handy if a one off task comes up for that fortnight/week.

The ability for relevant emails to be sent directly to & from the task

The ability to bulk action a combination of assigned user due date and status at the same time. rather than have to do it 3 times. so say a job needs rework by junior and you give them 2 days to get it sorted. you want to be able to make that update in XBert quickly, without being worried you've made the changes in the wrong order which result in the task falling off your filtered work view

Sometimes we have tasks that can be done by multiple users - ie, they are all capable but whoever has capacity can do it first. It would be good to have the ability to assign to more than one person. A bit like ApprovalMax workflow where they have "Any 1" approver to approve, but there are multiple approvers who receive it. Does that make sense?!

The general staff shouldn't have this option as it could lead to times being removed by other staff members and we rely heavily on timesheets to pay our staff.

Build an Outlook extension to manage emails in Outlook directly with XBert and provide easy ways to get XBert information while working in Outlook

"at times you may throw in a task quickly to get the ball rolling but then want to convert it to a recurring task. Being able to upgrade an adhoc task to a template would be invaluable"
