Request for the ability to set budgeted hours for each client, similar to the current team capacity functionality.
This would allow practices to:
* Define the total budgeted hours for a client in a set date range (per week/per month).
* See the total scheduled/estimated hours against that budget.
* Have a clear utilisation percentage with visual indicators (e.g., green = within budget, red = over budget).
The goal is to make it easier to manage client expectations, track budget usage, and proactively address potential over-allocation before it becomes an issue - from the Client Overview screen.
Example scenario:
A client may have 160 hours budgeted for the month but 200 hours worth of tasks scheduled in XBert, and recorded time on work items (tasks & XBerts). Without an indicator, it’s difficult to identify and address over-budget situations quickly.
