I know that there is a description field for tasks but it would be great if we could have notes on sub tasks to identify where we are up to or what is holding up that particular subtask.

Sub lists or sub headings in checklists. Be able to create multiple lists to separate things

When setting up a client, that the next step is to add Partner, Manager and Bookkeeper straight away, rather than have to go into Organisation view to action this

It would be good to be able to like a comment so that if someone tags you, you can simply "like" the comment so that they know you have acknowledged, rather than having to tag them back with, for example, "thanks" or "will do".

When we have a large list of items to check it would save clicks/time if we were able to 'select all" taks so we can de-select those not yet completed.

Sometimes we have tasks that can be done by multiple users - ie, they are all capable but whoever has capacity can do it first. It would be good to have the ability to assign to more than one person. A bit like ApprovalMax workflow where they have "Any 1" approver to approve, but there are multiple approvers who receive it. Does that make sense?!

Currently, a note can only be assigned to one client. It will be helpful if we can assign that to multiple clients without having to copy the note over and over again.
