The ability to pop out the Task and the instructions onto a new page

Have the ability to pop out the task and the instructions onto a full page so that it is easy to read the instructions without all of the task lists etc behind it. Currently the task and the instructions is small and hard to read, especially if you have detailed instructions that need to be clicked into.
A good example is the new note page

Hi Sunniva,
Yes I mean a full pop out version so that I can have it large on another screen not just the page with the workflow and then the steps and then a small screen with the instructions. Like below, it is too small and things get missed. It is messy with all of the back bits.
Also how come we now cant add links to videos in the instructions? This has made things very difficult when using loom for certain steps in an instruction

On your question about links: you’re right - at the moment, links will not within subtask instructions.

Just to check we’re on the same page: when you mention the new Notes page, are you referring to the experience where clicking the note tag on a task opens the note in a resizable pop-up window (see screenshot)?
- If so, is what you’re looking for a similar pop-out or full-page view for the task summary/description (and/or subtask instructions), so they’re easier to read without the rest of the task list behind them?
- If that’s not quite it, could you point us to where you’re seeing the Notes behaviour you’re referring to?
