Allow editing of XPM job task on existing time entries in XBert without delete and recreate

When staff log time against the wrong XPM job task, correcting it is a time-consuming process.
- This is especially common for practices that track both billable and non-billable work across multiple job tasks in XPM.
When time entries have already been pushed to XPM, there is currently no way to change which XPM job task they sit under without deleting and recreating the entry from scratch. Changing the XPM job task mapping on an XBert task after time has been pushed does not update the existing entries in XPM - they remain on the original job task.
It would be useful to be able to edit the XPM job task on individual time entries directly and have that change sync through to XPM, moving the time to the correct job task without requiring a full delete and recreate.
This would help with keeping WIP reports accurate in XPM and reduce the manual overhead of correcting misclassified time entries.
