As an example a staff member's legal first name could be John, but their preferred name is their middle name. This effects the Xero Connection as the leave requests don't pull through to XB.

Love the new non-workday feature for tasks. However, some tasks (like payroll) will need to be moved to the day before the non-workday and some tasks (like sending customer statements or updating employees work anniversary etc) will need to be moved to the day after a non-workday so they don't get missed. I know we can manually move these but would be really good if there is a universal setting (like we have) to turn this on. And then in the template, we can select 'Before' or 'After' non-workday

Currently, when changing the status on work items in bulk actions , all statuses appear in a single list. This can make it harder to quickly find the right option, especially in spaces with many custom statuses. We’re working on improving this by grouping statuses into To-do, In Progress, and Completed, so they’re easier to scan and select during bulk updates.

Build an Outlook extension to manage emails in Outlook directly with XBert and provide easy ways to get XBert information while working in Outlook

'Practice Owner' to have an all inclusive level of access 'Practice Manager' to have an all inclusive level of access to manage the functions of Xbert & other practice users and clients for which the practice manager has access too (except for specific clients, predominantly practice owner entities for example I have 4 Xero files I would connect to Xbert but I don't want any of the team to access the data. I also have members of the team that have their own xero file and I am sure they would not like their co-workers to have access to their data) 'Practice Admin' to have an all inclusive level of access to manage the functions of xbert but not to be able to manage other practice users or amend user clients or access client data for which they do not have access too. 'Practice User' to have access to add tasks, clock time, etc (maybe an option here to facilitate reports or non reporting ability)

Ability to force a manual sync or have an option or button to do this within the app.

Alphabetize the client list when editing default task time on schedules

Example for a Start of Day Task Check Inbox Check Calendar Review Slack etc.. The way to do it now would be to add 12 different schedules for 12 staff, but it would be good to multi-select staff and then 12 tasks are assigned. Another example might be training / client meetings that require multiple staff to attend. XBert has
