A 'Weekly' Schedule Frequency that allows tasks to repeat every X weeks on a set day

Request for an enhancement to Schedule Frequency options so that tasks can be scheduled every X weeks on a specific day of the week (e.g., every 4th Tuesday), with matching start and due dates.
Currently, XBert supports:
* Weekly recurrence - fixed day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
* Monthly recurrence - fixed date of the month (1st, 2nd, etc.)
This would allow for more flexible scheduling patterns, particularly for tasks that have recurrence patterns longer than one week but shorter than a month, while keeping task dates consistent.
See attached photo as an example.

Custom Schedule Frequency

Currently, when creating a schedule, for the frequency we have the following options:
Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
It would be useful to have a custom option where for example you could ask for it to repeat every Xamount of days or weeks.
We have a client that run payroll every 4 weeks, regardless of the end of the month (some months will have 5 weeks). So you can't select monthly as you would miss some, or weekly or fortnightly as it would be too many in the task list and could create confusion.
A little bit like creating a recurrence in your diary/calendar, where you can ask it to have it recuring every 3 weeks and even on a specific day of the week every three weeks.
Thanks
