The Work Tasks view currently lacks the 'Export to Excel' functionality, which is available in all other views. We require this export capability with the highest possible data granularity, specifically including subtask-level completion status. This data is essential for feeding our internally developed Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, allowing us to generate critical cross-sectional reports on outstanding work. Since the existing BI reports in the report view are not real-time and experience significant performance delays, review meetings with task assignees are inefficient. Having direct access to granular data via Excel is crucial for efficient operations.

Allow filters to be applied when exporting a report to PDF.

Snooze options - Tomorrow to mean first thing tomorrow, not exactly 24 hours the next day.

The ability for relevant emails to be sent directly to & from the task

Currently, when data such as a process tag or status is updated in a Connect Portal, it is not sent across to the other users who are currently logged into the same Connect Portal. This can lead to "unknown" data appearing in the product, until the dataset is refreshed. By using a real-time data framework like SignalR, we can ensure that data is automatically kept up-to-date amongst users in the same account.
