Multiple Assigned Users

Sometimes we have tasks that can be done by multiple users - ie, they are all capable but whoever has capacity can do it first. It would be good to have the ability to assign to more than one person. A bit like ApprovalMax workflow where they have "Any 1" approver to approve, but there are multiple approvers who receive it. Does that make sense?!

Currently an Xbert can only be allocated to one staff member. Sometimes a job can be worked on by multiple staff. We need the ability to be able to add more staff to an Xbert.
Suggest keep the allocation to one staff member the same but add additional staff member options. It would then copy the Xbert to each staff member
This will be helpful when adding an Xbert notification everyone needs to complete. Eg. Complete monthly expense report for example or read monthly newsletter. Also if an employee is going to be away, they could create an Xbert that will appear for everyone so we know

It would also be good if sub-tasks could be assigned to different users at the same time
