Have an excel spreadsheet attached to the invoice with the list of all clients, their file sizes and charges so users could easily disburse the cost in Xero.

Additional note - Identifying users easily either on the bill or supporting documentation will let us know if we have completed our offboarding paperwork correctly over time.
Vodafone for instance lists the phone numbers in use etc.
An easy way for us to have a monthly confirmation at the invoice point would be great.
