1. Rename Any Client in XBert
You can now give
any client
a display name in XBert - including clients synced with Xero, MYOB, and other accounting software.
Previously, renaming was only available for clients not connected to accounting software. Now any client can be renamed, so your team can work with the names you actually use, not just what's in the ledger.
How it works:
  • The display name appears across all of XBert - work views, notifications, exports.
  • On the
    Connections
    page, the original accounting file name is still shown underneath as a reference
  • If no display name is set, nothing changes - XBert continues to display the accounting file name as before
  • Renaming in XBert does not affect your accounting software
To rename a client:

2. Review Your Custom XBert
You can now
review how your Custom XBert is performing
directly from the
XBert Automation
section. The Review feature check its deployment status and reviews your prompt quality.
How it works:
  • See your current deployment status at a glance - whether it's running, under construction, or has an issue
  • Run an analysis of your prompt quality, with a score out of 10 and specific suggestions to improve it
  • Get a suggested improved prompt you can use as a starting point
