Alert when a bank statement record, (which has a reference of X, and has been previously reconciled as a bank transfer N times), is now reconciled to something other than a bank transfer.

The problem we believe also can occur when using the wrong bank account to create transfers , which can lead to non balancing bank accounts due to actions afterwards. We will review the data and determine actions that can cause this to happen.
