Out of scope

I was wondering if there is any xBerts that can review if you are working out of scope? Is there a way to data enter terms of your contract, and Xbert will advise you if you are outside these terms?
This could be based on core metrics such as:
- hours per month agreed in contract
- Services, I.E no payroll
- up to 100/200/500 reconciliation transactions.
- Up to 10 / 50 /100 bills per month
- Employee payroll up to 5 / 10/ 30 / 50.
If Xbert can report to you based on client engagement and required time, you can ensure that you are billing correctly and be alerted if you are going out of scope from the terms of engagement.

This is now supported through custom XBerts using the 'Work' data area. You can create XBerts to review activity against expectations, such as time recorded, tasks completed, or work exceeding time estimates, and be alerted when thresholds are exceeded.
These XBerts can be tailored around indicators of out-of-scope work (for example, time overruns or unusually high activity) to help highlight when engagement effort may be trending beyond expectations :)

Hi Matthew Burnett This is a good request, we have started on the Practice XBerts, that fall under this and I will keep you informed of progress.

It would be great if this could be created so that we can potentially enter thresholds relating to when we want to be notified regarding out of scope for each client. Every client is different, and terms of engagement may change often.
