Thanks Fiona Bell , we do have lock date changed and not set. So this is a good one to add to support this. Will assume that the logic is to determine your lock date policy cycle and alert you when a lock date has been applied differently then all other clients.

Aaron Wittman: HI Aaron, yes you're correct. We have clients on monthly/quarterly BAS's. As soon as we start a BAS job, we lock off so clients can't update. It's very frustrating when we go back in later(normally the next BAS) and find it is unlocked or date has been changed. The main culprit is the tax accountant. It would be good to firstly alert us when a locked date has been changed. It could be us but we would know when we do that. Secondly, if we know who has changed it, then we can contact the user and let them know please let us know when they're finished; what have they changed; please lock after it's done.
