Due to the nature of the integration and how clients and jobs are mapped between systems, we’re not able to reliably surface this as an in-product analytic. Differences in naming conventions, statuses, and data structures can make it difficult to determine an accurate one-to-one match without introducing false positives or gaps.
The recommended approach today is to export client list from XBert and compare it against the XPM client and job lists externally (e.g. using a spreadsheet), allowing you to validate matches and make decisions with full context. 😊
