This release includes a range of fixes and improvements across work boards, scheduling, notifications, and client management. Nothing major has changed - things should just work better!
Improvements
1. Saved Views Admin Page - Board View Grouping & Sorting + Search
  • The Saved Views admin page has been updated - board views now appear under the correct page type,
    columns are sortable
    , and you can
    search by keyword to find a specific saved view
    quickly.
2. Task Assignment Notifications - Self-Assignment
  • When a user creates a task and assigns it to themselves, they will no longer receive an in-app notification for it.
3. Note Saving - Prevent Lost Edits
  • Note saving behaviour has been improved to prevent edits from being lost in certain scenarios.
    A new visual has been added to show when a note has been auto-saved

4. Interactive Checkboxes in Task Notes
  • Notes with checkboxes can now be ticked directly from the task view. Each task's checkboxes are independent, so ticking one won't affect other tasks using the same note.

Fixes
1. Weekly Board - Date Range Selector Error
  • The date range selector on the Weekly Board was returning an error. This has been fixed and the selector works as expected.
2. Work Board Sorting Not Applying After Navigation
  • The sort label was visually restoring after a refresh or navigation, but the actual sort was not being applied. Sorting now persists correctly.
3. Other Client Deletion - Wrong Flow Shown
  • The wrong deletion flow was being shown for `Other (workflow-only) clients, causing an error on delete. This has been resolved.
4. Other Client Reappearing After Deletion
  • After deleting an
    Other
    client, it was reappearing after a page refresh. Deletion now persists correctly.
5. "Update Tasks to Match Roles" Skipping Older Tasks
  • The "Update Tasks to Match Roles" action was skipping tasks. It now applies to all tasks correctly.
6. Notification Read/Unread State Not Saving
  • Marking individual notifications as read or unread in the Activity panel was not persisting after a page reload. This is now saved correctly.
7. Unable to Continue Editing Roles After Saving
  • After saving a Role for the first time in Settings, the editor was locking up and preventing further edits. This now works correctly.
8. Deleting an Attachment on a Template Not Working
  • Attachments on templates could not be deleted. This has been fixed.
9. Attachment Label Truncated on Task View
  • The tooltip text for locked attachments was being cut off on the task view. It now displays in full.
10. Weekly Summary Email Sending After Notifications Turned Off
  • Users who had turned off email notifications were still receiving weekly summary emails. This has been fixed.
11. "View Comment" Button in Notification Emails Not Working
  • The "View Comment" button in notification emails was not working. This has been resolved.
12. Emoji Reactions Disappearing After Editing a Comment
  • After editing a comment, emoji reactions were disappearing and only reappearing after further interaction. Reactions now remain visible immediately.
13. Missing Tasks When Using "View Tasks" from Schedule
  • Tasks were not appearing when using the shortcut "View Tasks" from the schedule directly. This has been resolved.
14. Last Task Missing on Schedules
  • The last generated task in a schedule was sometimes missing. This has been fixed.
