eg. Internal / Leave. Staff are going to forget to check this as non-billable and it will mean a lot of monthly editing to fix. If we then don't edit and fix, it will distort the billable % reporting, a key metric

This has been released. Just to note, XPM does not honour the flag when sent into XPM, it will just ignore it and take the settings on the Job.

We are working on adding a new flag on the Process board to help out with this.

This would be a good feature - I see this as being able to be used as a filter for reporting additional services to be invoiced, compared with regular services that are covered with a monthly fixed fee. We still want to track the hours, in case time spent increases and we need to review the fixed monthly cost.

Yes! This is really important. Especially as there is a bug when editing the billable/non-billable flag - the notes copy over from the last task that was updated and overwrite the existing notes that are there.
