Current capacity analysis works on who the job is assigned to, but the time may be split across team members. For instance with a BAS, initial steps may be completed by the bookkeeper (say 15 minutes worth), BAS prep/review completed by a senior (say 3 hours worth), and final steps completed by admin team member (say 15 minutes worth). How do we accurately show available capacity / planned capacity for each individual staff member in this instance?
