Problem Statement
If a user changes the status of an item to completed, there is no simple way to surface who changed the status to completed. This becomes more of a challenge where there has been a bulk update to the status.
As a result, particularly if a bulk update is used, and this is done in error, there is no easy way to surface the XBerts, completed by a specific user, narrowed to a date range that need to have their status reset.
Proposed Solution
Enhance the XBert Filtering options to include "Status changed by" as an option.
This filter, used in combination with the Date Filter "Completed Date + date selector" will make it simpler to surface XBerts in bulk that need to have their status reversed.
Expected Outcomes
Users able to self service the remediation of bulk XBerts completed in error without needing to click into each XBert individually to confirm the user who completed it, or by using the XB team to resolve.

Greater clarity on who has actioned a status change, particularly in bulk.
