Add a Public Holiday Calendar at the Schedule Level

Summary
Scheduling currently supports account-wide Non-Workday Scheduling. Public holidays cannot be incorporated into schedules unless you manually adjust task dates
after
creation.Because public holidays vary by state in Australia, tasks can be scheduled on days when a practice or client is not operating. XBert has no way to automatically recognise or adjust for these holidays at the schedule level.
Requested change
Allow schedules to optionally reference a Public Holiday Calendar so that public holidays are automatically treated as non-workdays for that schedule.
Each schedule should be able to:
- Select a relevant public holiday calendar for Australia (e.g. NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, NT, ACT, TAS, SA)
- Treat dates within the selected calendar as non-workdays
- Apply existing Non-Workday Scheduling rules (move to previous or next business day) when a start or due date falls on a public holiday
- Continue configuring weekday-based non-workdays independently
This should be configured at the schedule level, not on an account level.
