Notes for multiple clients

Currently, a note can only be assigned to one client. It will be helpful if we can assign that to multiple clients without having to copy the note over and over again.

The other option would be to have the ability to copy an existing client note so that it can be repurposed for another client

Love this suggestion - use case - you have a generic process for payroll, but you may need to do things differently for a group of clients that use different payroll systems.
Another could be around Super processing - some are processed via SBSCH, and others via Auto Super - over arching automation is the same, but a group of clients has a different set of actions if using SBSCH

Just to add further to this - being able to duplicate a note between clients - working example:
We do workers compensation declarations for a number of our clients - different states all have different rules for assessing employees and contractors.
Our overall automation is the same (so we dont want to create an automation for each state), but we want to flag for each client which states manuals we need to refer to - a single note that can be used for more than one client is a great fit here - we can also include in the note a hyperlink to the relevant states manual for easy x-ref, rather than having to update multiple notes.

We will raise this with the Dev team. Thanks Kate good suggestion.

Investigating the concept of client links. On client board show a link icon, that pops up a client list to select, that links, and also provide the ability to add/create or select an available group/entity name. This name could be added to filters under 'Grouped Entities'.

Troy Brown: XPM has grouping - generally used for client groups
