Works similar to a current team member. But could be assigned specific tasks such as Xbert identified tasks so each day it would be reviewing files and completing these tasks. it could also be a way of scheduling Xbert reports and client overview. I.e. you assign to the AI team member that on the 5th of every month they are to prepare a EOM review report and email it to the manager team member.

I sunniva. I was imagining the scenario twofold. First where i currently can go into Xbert and ask for overview reports to be produced that covers off capacity, tasks completed even client overview detail. This is instead a set scheduled task that can be assigned to a 'bot-team member' they can also be given access to other tools for example a email where they can then send it directly to you or access to excel/google sheets to post this information. The task is then completed/marked at to review.
The second one was the more specific client focused reports. I currently have a task for one of my team members to provide a client overview table of upcoming ato debt. Basic table that is reviewed and sent. Obviously no ATO data available limits this. But i was thinking that the bot could be assigned to do EOM outstanding queries. i.e. on the 5th day after EOM if bank transactions are still oustanding with no comment it drafts an email and then the task goes to review.

Hi Jacob Ward, Thanks for the suggestion! Definitely an interesting concept - so I want to make sure I understand what you're describing:
1. XBert Alerts vs Tasks
When you say "XBert identified tasks" - do you mean
XBert alerts
? (e.g. unreconciled bank transactions, overdue invoices, etc.)2. What actions are you picturing?
When you say the AI would "complete these tasks" - what specific
actions
would it make in the connected ledger?- (Asking because there are security and compliance considerations around AI making changes autonomously vs. AI suggesting actions that a human then approves - just want to understand what you're envisioning!)
3. The scheduled reports
For the "EOM review report" example:
- Would this be an existing XBert report?
- Or a new report type reflecting the work done/reviewed by the AI?
- What would be in the "client overview"?
