Works similar to a current team member. But could be assigned specific tasks such as Xbert identified tasks so each day it would be reviewing files and completing these tasks. it could also be a way of scheduling Xbert reports and client overview. I.e. you assign to the AI team member that on the 5th of every month they are to prepare a EOM review report and email it to the manager team member.
