I agree this option would be beneficial the only concern is if the client disengages services and they are deleted in Xbert, all attachments, images etc are also deleted. We as a practice are now considering other options along with ceasing to email instructions into Xbert.

Brendan Lucas In regard to attachments for different clients. We are currently planning Client notes that will be quick accessible for each task etc. This will also include adding attachments and comments which can replace the need for documents, if it is just small information. This way we have one place to handle different client requirements.

Any use cases we need to consider? We are completing this for next week. These will be adding on templates, XBerts and single tasks.

Aaron Wittman: for a recurring template task you may need to have a different attachment for different client's but only want the one template task. e.g. There. Might be special instructions on how to reconcile stock due to Xero add-ons involved ?
