It would be great if there was a way that when an email is emailed in contains specific words in the subject - the task would automatically be allocated to a specific template.

Rachael McIver thanks, we are working on emails to be able to sent into our AI Agent. Can I ask do you forward these in or are using automatic rules to forward these in?

Aaron Wittman HI! ok, we use Ignition for our proposals and then I have an auto rule setup in Outlook so when I receive the Ignition email advising a proposal's been accepted it's forwarded to the Xbert email address, it then sits in there and I manually assign my client onboarding task to it. Would be great if we could set it so that key words / phrases in the subject line of an email dictated which task we wanted to create when it lands in Xbert.
