Request to create a client contact card for each linked client. For example, there is the note function, where specific details can be linked. But can Xbert drag data automatically from Xero or another source to link all specific client data in one standard spot.
I.e.
Business name
Business structure
Client contact name
Contact number:
ABN:
GST status:
Cash / Accrual:

We'd love to explore this further - a few questions to help us understand what you're looking for:
- Where would you expect to see this contact card?For example, would it sit alongside a client's alerts and activity inside XBert, or is it more of a standalone summary you'd pull up when needed?
- Would you need to be able to edit the information from within XBert, or is displaying it in one place enough?
- Looking at your list, some of those fields (like GST status and cash/accrual) would come straight from Xero, but others like contact number and business structure may not always be there. Are there specific fields that are must-haves for this to be useful?

I think this could sit in the clients field. It is incredibly helpful for myself and my staff to be able to have one place that clearly shows the summary of clients. So I think it may need to be a standalone summary list under the client tab (As per the attached screen shot).
It would be great if the details are auto populated from Xero (or other accounting software). These details don't necessarily need to be edited in Xbert as they should be accessed and updated in the accounting software. However, fillable fields may need to be required if the accounting software does not have the details needed.
Since I posted this, I actually run something similar in Click Up for an alternative business I own. I am happy to show you if needed, but the list required is:
- Assignee (Which staff member the client is assigned to)
- Status (Is the client a lead, active, other status as needed,
- Software (Xer0, MYOB, QuickBooks,
- Client contact name
- Client contact email
- IAS / BAS / Payroll / TPAR cycles (Weekly, fortnight, monthly, quarterly, annually etc)
- Who is the signatory for lodgments.
- Client notes (anything else needed)

Great news is that XBert can get some of this information via the Xero API (need to investigate the others).
- The missing pieces - things like compliance cycles, lodgement signatories, and client status - would need to be added, though some of that could potentially be pulled directly from Xero for connected clients.
This is definitely something we'll consider as we continue to build out the Clients section. We'll keep this request in mind and update you as things progress :)
