We feel like we are missing a place to add discussions with clients. It would be good to have a 'Discussions' tab up the top near Work, Analytics etc.
When we click on it - then we can select the client, then a one page opens where we can just type a quick point and save which then date stamps it.
Examples of when we would use this is like when a client calls, I have a chat to them, and need to save it somewhere for others to see - I can click discussions, click the client, and then type and save. We are using a 'File Note' topic in notes now, but to get to it, we have too many clicks when this needs to be a simple click, post and save idea. We have too click add note, but then we have to select Published, Private, client, topic, note link tag, add title and then we get to add the note! This is good for something to do with jobs, but what we are after is a quick save of a discussion or point that everyone can see and its only a few clicks to see them all in an overview for a client. That way next time they call, we can click discussions, client and its all there waiting to review on a one pager while we’re talking to the client.
