Exclude certain attachments on tasks

When emailing into a task, is there a way that certain attachments can be excluded, eg. Outlook signature images. I am finding that on a task with multiple emails that have been sent into Xbert, that there are a lot of these attachments on the task that are irrelevant. It takes time to remove them to leave the important documents to be the only ones attached.

Yes Sunniva - exactly that scenario, if for nothing else, exlcuding any attachment with the word "Outlook" in it would be helpful.

Hi Trudy Mendis, thanks for raising this! Just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly.
It sounds like this is happening when emails are sent into a task, where inline images (such as Outlook signature logos) are being added as attachments on the task, rather than staying part of the email content?
- resulting in irrelevant attachments on the task that need to be manually removed, even though the actual documents/email attachments are the only files you want to keep.
Let me know if that’s the scenario you’re referring to, or if there are other attachment types you’re seeing come through as well.
