Ignition Integration

Wondering if there are any thoughts on integrating with Ignition? Would be good to be able to map back a process to a service in Ignition, and in addition to that, map to a client. I have a couple of clients who have multiple entities that are grouped, so I bill the head entity and not each entity individually.

Thanks for the interest and the discussion here! We’ve explored this, and a direct integration with Ignition isn’t feasible at this time due to external platform constraints.
We’ll close this request for now, but we continue to explore ways to support smoother setup and handover into XBert workflows 😊

Hi Aaron, Would be good to check and see whether there any progress after under review marked in Sep 2023? Would love to have a integration with Practice Ignition where once the scope is signed by client, all service items and client records sync back to Xbert Workflow for team to be ready with signed scope and service deliverables and clients records to start with and once connected with Xero / QBO we would start immediately as per schedule. Any thoughts or plans around this ?

Hi! We are currently reviewing a way we can achieve this without a direct integration. To date, it looks like we have a promising exciting way forward.
