Ad-hoc tasks can be created from templates. This occurs where work can trigger on an adhoc basis, and there is a template that maps out how that piece of work should be delivered. A good example of this would be Employee Onboarding - only triggered when a new employee is coming into a client.

While the task is adhoc, the methodology has been mapped out and there may be unique requirements around this that vary between clients - a note would be created to map this out.

Currently, all templates created have the ability to capture a note link tag at both subtask and task level, however these are only visible if the task is triggered via a schedule - not when a task is created via Add Task + Create from Template.

This would ensure that any relevant client notes are surfaced as and when required, and not restrict them to just tasks created from schedules.
