Real-time data synchronisation with other users in account

Currently, when data such as a process tag or status is updated in a Connect Portal, it is not sent across to the other users who are currently logged into the same Connect Portal. This can lead to "unknown" data appearing in the product, until the dataset is refreshed.
By using a real-time data framework like SignalR, we can ensure that data is automatically kept up-to-date amongst users in the same account.

Keeping data in sync across users within the same account is something we actively work on as part of our ongoing platform improvements, rather than a single feature with a fixed release date.
We continue to make incremental updates behind the scenes to improve data consistency and reduce the need for manual refreshes as the product evolves. 😊
