Currently, when data such as a process tag or status is updated in a Connect Portal, it is not sent across to the other users who are currently logged into the same Connect Portal. This can lead to "unknown" data appearing in the product, until the dataset is refreshed.

By using a real-time data framework like SignalR, we can ensure that data is automatically kept up-to-date amongst users in the same account.
