* Archived templates would be retained for a set period (e.g., 90 days) before permanent deletion.

* Archived templates would be moved from XBert Automation > Template into a dedicated Archived Templates tab, ensuring the main templates page remains clean and manageable.

Users could restore archived templates back into the active templates list within the 90-day window.

Benefits:

* Provides a safeguard against accidental deletion.

* Reduces clutter in the templates list while maintaining accessibility.

* Enhances user control and confidence in template management.
