When a task template is deleted, it is permanently removed along with its content. To prevent accidental loss and provide flexibility, an archive option for task templates could be beneficial.
Proposed Functionality:
  • Instead of full deletion, allow templates to be archived.
  • Archived templates would be retained for a set period (e.g., 90 days) before permanent deletion.
  • Archived templates would be moved from XBert Automation > Template into a dedicated Archived Templates tab, ensuring the main templates page remains clean and manageable.
Users could restore archived templates back into the active templates list within the 90-day window.
Benefits:
  • Provides a safeguard against accidental deletion.
  • Reduces clutter in the templates list while maintaining accessibility.
  • Enhances user control and confidence in template management.
